L.E.A.N. Start classes seek to build a healthier world, one family at a time. This class is a comprehensive program designed for parents and/or caregivers with children ages 3 – 12.
L.E.A.N. Start workshops cover:
-Basic label reading
The benefits to online courses are multiple, and include: The flexibility to learn whenever and wherever you want; a lower financial investment when you save money by not having to drive to the class, hire a babysitter in order to participate, etc.; self-paced learning; 24/7 access to the class; and the opportunity to have access to a health coach through phone and e-mail to handle your individual health questions. Stay in the comfort of your own home, or head to a local coffee shop with your headphones to complete the class modules. Participate mornings, afternoons, or nights, on weekdays or during the weekend, all while having access to a health coach to support you.
